JUVENILES

St. James Gaels/An Caislean GAA club believe in developing our young players. We cater for all ages, from academy up to Minor. Our players learn the skills of hurling and football in a fun and supportive way. Our academy takes place every Saturday morning for boys and girls from 4 years old. Coaches follows the clubs player pathway to progress their skills to beginning go games at u8 and beyond.

We have regular 'Family Fun' days and have a strong link with our local schools in the Dublin 12 area. The club also has many initiatives for charity and community, including the recent launch of a healthy eating initiative to encourage younger people to eat more fruit and vegetables as part of a healthy lifestyle. The club provided free fruit and juices to our young players.

In June 2023, the club relaunched its mini leagues, held in Bunting Park, which was a great success continuing in 2024 as Mini All Irelands.
